Scandio gizlilik politikası
Özet: Taradığınız belgeler, imzalarınız ve kaşeleriniz yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır; Scandio bunları kendi sunucularımıza göndermez, çünkü uygulamanın bir sunucusu yoktur. Belge tarama ve metin tanıma telefonda yapılır. Uygulamada Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir ve reklamlar için Google cihazınıza ait bazı bilgileri işler. Veri sorumlusu
Scandio, Webotion markası altında faaliyet gösteren Recep Yazgan şahıs işletmesi tarafından geliştirilir. Webotion'ın genel gizlilik ve KVKK aydınlatma metni webotion.net/privacy adresindedir. Bu metin, Scandio mobil uygulamasına özgü işleyişi anlatır.
Belgeler, imzalar ve kaşeler
Taradığınız veya içe aktardığınız belgeler, oluşturduğunuz PDF'ler, çizdiğiniz ya da yüklediğiniz imza ve kaşe görselleri uygulamanın telefondaki özel klasöründe saklanır. Uygulama hesap açmanızı istemez; adınızı, e-posta adresinizi veya telefon numaranızı sormaz. Bu dosyalar Webotion'a veya üçüncü kişilere gönderilmez ve satılmaz.
Telefonunuzda Google yedeklemesi açıksa Android, uygulama verilerini Google hesabınızdaki cihaz yedeğine dahil edebilir. Bu yedekleme telefonunuzun ayarlarıyla yönetilir.
Kamera ve belge tarama
Kamera yalnızca siz "Tara" düğmesine bastığınızda kullanılır. Tarama, Google Play hizmetlerinin belge tarayıcısıyla telefonda yapılır; uygulama yalnızca sizin onayladığınız sayfa görüntülerini alır. Kamera iznini telefon ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz.
Metin tanıma (OCR) ve dosya adı önerisi
Taranan ilk sayfadaki yazı, dosyaya ad önermek için (örneğin firma adı, tarih ve tutar) Google ML Kit ile telefonda okunur. Görüntü ve okunan metin bu amaçla hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez; okunan metin saklanmaz, yalnızca kabul ettiğiniz dosya adı kaydedilir. Dosya içe aktarma ve paylaşma
İçe aktarma sırasında uygulama yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz dosyalara erişir. Bir belgeyi paylaştığınızda veya başka bir uygulamayla açtığınızda dosya sizin seçtiğiniz uygulamaya geçer ve o uygulamanın koşulları geçerli olur.
Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir. Reklamların gösterilmesi, ölçülmesi ve kişiselleştirilmesi için Google; reklam kimliğiniz, IP adresiniz, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri ile reklam etkileşimleriniz gibi bilgileri kendi politikalarına göre işler: policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılardan reklamlar için önce onay istenir; bu tercih ana ekrandaki "Gizlilik seçenekleri" düğmesinden değiştirilebilir. Reklam kimliğinizi telefon ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz. Reklamsız sürümü satın aldığınızda reklam gösterilmez.
Satın almalar
Uygulama içi satın almalar Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme ve kart bilgilerinizi Google işler; bu bilgiler bize ulaşmaz. Satın alımın geçerliliği, abonelik yenilemeleri ve iadeler, bizim adımıza satın alma doğrulama hizmeti veren RevenueCat, Inc. (ABD) tarafından kontrol edilir. Bunun için RevenueCat'e uygulamanın oluşturduğu ve sizi kimliğinizle tanımlamayan rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliği, Google Play satın alma bilgileri (ürün, satın alma kodu, tarih, fiyat, ülke) ve temel cihaz bilgileri gönderilir. Belgeleriniz ve kişisel iletişim bilgileriniz gönderilmez. RevenueCat bu bilgileri yalnızca bu hizmet için işler: revenuecat.com/privacy. Satın alma durumu ayrıca özelliği açmak için telefonda saklanır.
Ne kadar süre tutulur
Belgeleriniz, imza ve kaşeleriniz siz silene kadar telefonunuzda kalır. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda bu veriler de telefondan silinir.
Çocuklar
Scandio 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.
Haklarınız ve başvuru
Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, bu işlemlerin bildirilmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarınıza (KVKK madde 11) ilişkin başvurularınızı destek@webotion.net adresine iletebilirsiniz. Başvurular niteliğine göre en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Belgeleriniz yalnızca telefonunuzda bulunduğundan onları uygulama içinden kendiniz de silebilirsiniz.

Scandio privacy policy
Summary: The documents you scan and your signatures and stamps are stored only on your phone; Scandio does not send them to our servers, because the app has no server. Document scanning and text recognition run on the phone. The app shows Google AdMob ads, and Google processes some device information for them. Payments are handled by Google Play; your card details never reach us. To validate purchases, RevenueCat processes a random ID and your purchase details.
Data controller
Scandio is developed by Recep Yazgan, sole proprietorship, operating under the Webotion brand. Webotion's general privacy notice is at webotion.net/privacy. This policy describes how the Scandio mobile app specifically handles data.
Documents, signatures and stamps
Documents you scan or import, the PDFs you create, and the signature and stamp images you draw or upload are stored in the app's private folder on your phone. The app does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address or phone number. These files are not sent to Webotion or to third parties, and are not sold.
If Google backup is turned on for your phone, Android may include the app's data in your device backup in your Google account. This backup is controlled by your phone's settings.
Camera and document scanning
The camera is used only when you tap "Tara" (Scan). Scanning is done on the phone by the Google Play services document scanner; the app receives only the page images you confirm. You can revoke the camera permission in your phone's settings at any time.
Text recognition (OCR) and file name suggestion
To suggest a file name (for example the company name, date and amount), the text on the first scanned page is read on the phone with Google ML Kit. The image and the recognized text are not sent to any server for this; the recognized text is not stored, only the file name you accept is saved. As part of how it works, Google ML Kit may send usage and performance metrics to Google; these do not contain the content of your documents.
Importing and sharing files
When importing, the app accesses only the files you pick. When you share a document or open it in another app, the file goes to the app you choose and that app's terms apply.
Ads (Google AdMob)
The free version shows Google AdMob ads. To serve, measure and personalize ads, Google processes information such as your advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and your ad interactions, under its own policies: policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before ads are requested; this choice can be changed with the "Gizlilik seçenekleri" (privacy options) button on the home screen. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. No ads are shown once you buy the ad-free version.
Purchases
In-app purchases are made through Google Play. Google processes your payment and card details; they never reach us. Purchase validity, subscription renewals and refunds are checked on our behalf by the purchase validation service RevenueCat, Inc. (USA). For this, RevenueCat receives a random user ID generated by the app that does not identify you, the Google Play purchase details (product, purchase token, date, price, country) and basic device information. Your documents and contact details are not sent. RevenueCat processes this information only to provide this service: revenuecat.com/privacy. The purchase status is also stored on the phone to unlock the feature.
Retention
Your documents, signatures and stamps stay on your phone until you delete them. Uninstalling the app also deletes them from the phone.
Children
Scandio is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights and contact
You can send requests about your rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data to destek@webotion.net. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest. Because your documents exist only on your phone, you can also delete them yourself in the app.
Changes to this policy
This policy is updated before Scandio starts sending any new information to a server.
